It is a huge honor to be asked to cook at the James Beard House in Manhattan, well known throughout the culinary community. The James Beard Foundation is a non-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate, nurture, and honor America’s diverse culinary heritage through programs that educate and inspire.

Andy Snow was the 1st recipient for Chef of the Year awarded
